Dr. Bart Rademaker is one of the rare doctors whose genuine compassion, photographer’s eye, and extraordinary skills make him one of the area’s most sought-after board-certified plastic surgeons and a trusted media advisor.
Born in Holland, raised in the United States, Mexico, and England, and fluent in four languages, Dr. Rademaker is by nature and conditioning a fluid global thinker and a judgment-free partner in care. With over 20 years in clinical practice, he has the ability to hone in on the problems, put them into context, and find the most advantageous solutions.
After graduating, he completed a fellowship at the Mayo Clinic and studied under Dr. Ian T. Jackson, one of the world’s leading craniofacial surgeons, a pioneer in reconstructive surgery of the skull and face, as well as cosmetic surgery.
He completed his general surgery residency at Providence Hospital in Michigan and finalized his training with a two-year plastic and reconstructive surgery residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin, distinguished for its cutting-edge medical technology and research and its emphasis on interdisciplinary and compassionate clinical care.
Dr. Rademaker served as Chief of Plastic Surgery at three Florida Hospitals, training interns and residents to approach medicine with high ethical standards and empathy.
As Founder and owner of LivingYoung, Katie’s focus is on anti-aging and wellness. Her business addresses the key issues associated with aging: weight gain, wrinkles, diminished energy and loss of passion … all of which are entwined with the pursuit of wellness. As a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging, Katie makes it her job to stay abreast of every new development that promises to provide thinness, youthfulness and healthiness. She does her research diligently and only those treatments that produce desirable and effective results ever make it onto LivingYoung’s menu. She sets LivingYoung’s standards high.
She specializes in nutrition, is a licensed Medical Esthetician and Electrologist (License EO 182), and has her CME in Advanced Laser.
On a personal note, Katie says she has a vested interest in anti-aging. As the mother of a 7-year daughter and 6-year old twins, she needs all the energy and youthfulness she can get when it comes to keeping up with the speed of children.
Carissa Alinat, ARNP
Carissa Alinat is a board-certified nurse practitioner dedicated to improving the lives of others and empowering them so that they can make positive changes to feel great in the skin they are in. She has extensive experience in weight management and is also trained in botox and dermal fillers and other aesthetic services.
Carissa received her Master’s degree at the University of South Florida, where she is also a PhD candidate and has an extensive research background in Complementary and Alternative Medicine. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, staying up to date on the latest medical breakthroughs.
Carissa has published 30+ articles in medical journals and health magazines and has presented across the United States.She is also a regular contributor for PALEO magazine alongside her French chef husband, Gui Alinat, who has been featured on the Food Network and HSN and has experience in teaching healthy cooking skills. They have 5 children together and live in Dunedin, Florida. In her free time, Carissa enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and travelling to their second home in the South of France.
Aubrey graduated from Barry University and has extensive experience in hormone therapy, weight loss, and aesthetic medicine.
Dr. McDowell has performed thousands of Botox and dermal filler injections since the opening of LivingYoung Center in 2007. He understands both the science and the art involved in successfully using these techniques to create a natural, softer look. As a board-certified Orthodontist, Dr. McDowell has extensive training in facial anatomy and advanced training in Botox/Xeomin, including treatments for TMJ, gummy smiles, and lip lines.

Gui Alinat is an ACF Certified Executive Chef and Nutritionist. He is also the author of The Chef’s Repertoire, and Eat More Burn More.
Born, raised, and classically trained as a chef in France, he traveled extensively while working in restaurants around the world, including the UK, Spain, France, and almost every country in South America.
Settling in Florida in 1999, he has catered more than 3000 high-end private events since then and is part of the team behind CW’s Gin Joint restaurant and The Vault Catering in Downtown Tampa. With an exclusive client base and media recognition, his team has become a recognized landmark in the Tampa Bay culinary scene.
Chef Gui has appeared on HSN and the Food Network and has also presented at multiple large conferences across the country.
His culinary style can be best described as “modern, authentic cuisine with slight influences from Provence and elsewhere.”
Rustic yet elegant, his food is said to embody simplicity of taste, authentic ingredients and sharp presentations. He also focuses on sound nutrition and a very natural way of cooking and eating.
He lives in Dunedin, Florida with his wife Carissa (LivingYoung’s own nurse practitioner) and their five children.
Ashley Bathurst is a licensed permanent makeup artist who specializes in natural looking treatments that are customized to the individual’s needs and desires. Ashley has advance training in both aesthetic treatments (brows, eyeliner, lips, etc.) but also specialty areas such as scar revisions for the face or body, hair stimulation, areola pigmentation and more.
