    This test explained it all! I was feeling really just blah, low energy, lots of brain fogs throughout the day. Two years back I was put on an anti-depressant. I started Living Youngs weight loss program like 3 months ago and it was suggested to me that due to my symptoms I should consider having this test done. I am so glad I did, I was super low in quite a few nutrients, especially Magnesium. Being on their program, I learned how to eat so much better and am getting the necessary nutrients. I feel 100% again, I was even able to stop the antidepressant medication, yay! Oh and, I lost 36.8lbs!

    This food sensitivity saved me, I went to 3 other doctors for my chronic migraine and bowel issues. All they wanted to do is put me on meds! Found out through this test that my symptoms were a result of the food I was eating. Three weeks after eliminating the food my issues were gone. Not like less, like gone! I haven’t had a migraine for 2 months now! I don’t know why every doctor doesn’t start here!
